Build up your leader today. Have you ever thought that your leader needs encouragement too and it is not just their responsibility to give you praise all the time, but you are able to give them praise too. Find an area that you feel you are lacking in receiving affirmation and affirm your leader in those areas. You are probably not being encouraged in those areas because your leader is not being encouraged by their leader in those areas.
